This unique class blends Circuit Training and Yoga

Develop strength through circuits using body weight, resistance bands and hand weights to increase strength, tone and raise a sweat!
Complemented by Yoga to stretch the muscles after your circuit’s session, and maintain the strength and flexibility you naturally possess.

TWOga Fit is taught by TWO experienced fitness professionals.

£10 per class.
Termly fee payable in advance.
