Enjoy 6 or 12 wonderful weeks of movement, nutritional guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in on this unique Holistic Core Restore® ‘Everywoman‘ programme.  You’ll follow the programme in-person with your Coach for 6 weeks and then continue the 2nd Phase of the programme for a further 6 weeks in the comfort of your own home via our ONLINE PORTAL.  Your Coach will still be guiding your, but you have the convenience of not needing to leave home and continue your journey to awesome Pelvic Health!


The programme is adaptable for virtually all women, and your Coach will work to ensure that the programme is tailored to suit your particular goals.  Ultimately, it’s designed to confidently ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.

HCR® Every Woman Foundations programme:

What’s involved and how does it work?

  • On application to join the programme, you’ll be asked to complete our HCR Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this ‘conservative’ exercise-based programme is right for you or whether you need clinical attention.  If you’re a great fit…..
  • You’ll then meet or speak with me, so we can go through your Pre-Screening which includes tests for your Core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the programme can truly be tailored to your needs.
  • You’ll then be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your HCR Client Education Booklet and the items of fitness kit required for the course.
  • You’ll receive your login details for the HCR Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your additional filmed homework and healing education film and colour recipe booklet.  There will be chance to watch “essential viewing” before you start the course, so you will be familiar with the how and why we do things in a particular order.
  • Both homework and following the HCR Healing Nutrition Principles are an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the programme.
  • I will guide you through these principles to help you find simple ways for you to make a big difference to how you support your health via eating ‘just real food’.

This programme can be purchased as a 6 week course or 12 week course:

Phase One, weeks 1-6, You will meet with your Coach once per week for 6 weeks and complete your online homework, which is approximately 10 to 20 mins in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator, a further 3-4 times throughout your week.

Phase Two, weeks 7-12 continues in the comfort of your own home. Weekly work outs and homework and the continued support from you coach via a closed face book group or a what’s apps group.

The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 12 weeks weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.

Holistic Core Restore® Course dates and Prices

Choose your programme, 6 or 12 weeks. We meet the week before we start to discuss and do the Pre-Screening assessments which includes tests for your Core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the programme can truly be tailored to your needs, this usually takes 30 minutes.

You have the option to include some hands on abdominal massage during this pre screen, which I have noticed really benefits with the breath, pelvic floor connection and if there are any restrictions in the abdominal / hip / back area can help right at the start of the programme, this will take up to 90 minutes.
The Massage will add £50 to the price of the course you choose.
The following weekly programme sessions are 60 minutes.
