Who is this for?

Women who:

  • Are over 40  who are wanting to learn more about their health and fitness as they enter peri menopause and beyond.
  • Who want to know the right type of exercise to suit you as you go through this life stage?
  • Continue on your journey with Complete Fit based on previous classes and programmes you have completed.
  • Ensure they are working on your Cardiovascular system, Bone health, Hormonal health, Stress levels – the good and the bad, Pelvic Floor Health and general wellbeing.
  • Be part of a community, working with others, being motivated, supported and having fun.
  • Want the option to use the membership to fit around you, your lifestyle and time whilst getting all the above.

The classes will be delivered “live” via the online platform Zoom and the recordings saved in the membership.

Tell me about the memberships

There are two memberships. The Full Complete Fit Membership and The Workout Library Membership.

If you are joining us in the Full Complete Fit Membership, please join in as much as you want, building our community for support, accountability, motivation and FUN, via the live classes and the Face Book Private Community group – details below of a standard week and all that is included in the membership:

  • 5 x live 30 minutes workouts a week:
    Monday 08.00 Cardio and Core and 18.30 Weights and More,
    Wednesday 08.00 Metabolic 5 and 12.30 Lunch with the Resistance Bands and
    Friday 08.30 Balance and Strength as well as the Athlete 12 class Friday 07.30.
  • Pre Recorded workouts to access varying 10 to 30 minutes in duration.
  • A Release and Restorative live and pre-recorded when scheduled.
  • Health information
  • Working together, being part of a community of like-minded women.
  • Motivation. Fun. Support.
  • Access the Private FB group wherever you are and as often as you like.
  • Monthly 20 Minute 1-2-1 check in and chat
  • All of this for £42 per month, no contract or minimum membership.
  • Additional Benefits: 10% of Individual Personal Training and Massage Session/s
  • Monthly 1 x 60-minute Personal Training Session or Massage Treatment at a Discounted Members rate set up on Standing Order for £80

The Workout Library Membership is for you if you want to enjoy the variety of the workouts available that we do in the full memebrship, and do them at a time that fits better your lifestyle, routine and commitments.

You will have access to all past and current classes, plus “other pre-recorded” workout to go through at your leisure.

Our 5 pilar workout groups each provide the specific target area the class description gives you and combined will ensure you are getting a full range of exercise and movement suitable for our midlife fitness.

Before we begin – Both Memberships:

Before you join either membership you can have a 5 free days to make sure it fits in with you and its just what your looking for, and if not, then that’s not a problem, all you need to do is cancel the membership from continuing.

I would urge you to complete this before starting any classes or trying the workouts so that if there are any areas that need to be discussed we can do so. If you do not complete the form and start using the content, you are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Complete Fitness and Wellbeing from any and all claims or causes of action.

What do I need?

  • Before we begin, complete a pre-screen exercise form.
  • A clear space to workout in
  • A computer / laptop / phone etc to view
  • Suitable clothing and footwear Minimal equipment – the more you have the more varied you can make it, ideally: Dumbbells, Kettle bell, Resistance band – with and or without handles, mini loop band. If not, we can improvise.

1 x month  £42

Workout Libuary Membership:
1 x month £10.00

If the Memberships are not for you, then you can join us as and when for a class.

Class Prices:
1 x 30-minute class £7.00

Been doing the classes for about 6 weeks now and I am getting my waist back!! I feel the difference already and I am really enjoying the classes. 30 minutes is perfect too!

I am so glad I am doing the classes, finally moving my body and exercising after so long out of it. My knee pain has also improved!
