Holistic Core Restore® HEAT where we’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’!

It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.

Once you’ve gone through the ‘Everywoman’ programme, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health. Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE. You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

Those who have completed at least one course of our Everywoman Foundation programme.

You want to know how to exercise to improve your Fat Loss with respect to your Pelvic Health status ie., without huge impact/load/force going through the Pelvic Floor and Core.

You want to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing your deep health?

Athlete 12

If you feel like it’s time for you to reawaken the athlete in you….THIS PROGRAMME IS FOR YOU!

12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER.
The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point.

Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER AND STRONGER.
You’ll do another fitness test at halfway to help you see your progress. And 100% you will have progressed. Then we keep going until you hit your grand finale, your final fitness test at week 12 and GRADUATION DAY!

You will also be guided through an additional workout by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks!

On application to join this offering, you’ll be asked to complete our Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this programme is right for you.

Even though this offering is fast-paced and requires you to have no limiting factors regarding your Pelvic Health, adjustments can still be made and just like all our other offerings, can be made bespoke your physical needs. Your Coach is taught to completely tailor their advice and tuition and ‘meet you EXACTLY where you are now’.

RelEase

Forget ‘stretching’, let’s RELEASE, RELAX, UNWIND AND RE-ALIGN! Let’s change the narrative about what we need do to as busy women, living in a hectic work to feel good in our skins on a daily basis.

HCR Rel-ease!  This programme will change FOREVER how you feel about ‘stretching’ and taking time out, ALONE for you own mind, body, soul and spirit!

Aches, pains and changes to one’s posture as we travel through life are pretty standard for most women and many simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and a loss of freedom of movement when there are both simple and delicious solutions easily available to us.

This offering includes simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.   This programme also involves simple meditation strategies and ESSENTIAL Pelvic Floor and nervous system soothing, we all know, is just as important as ‘doing the work’.

A delicious and ESSENTIAL part of any wellness strategy and suitable (with modifications) for all women.  Remember:  the function of your Pelvic Floor, the way you breathe and the healing of your Diastasis all depend on optimal postural alignment…it truly matters, so how about we prioritize moving freely in our daily life?

Recovery

Have you had a hysterectomy (or have one planned) Pelvic Organ Prolapse surgery or living with a Prolapse?

The HCR® Recovery programme truly ‘has your back’ and will guide and support you safely in your return to an active life. Ultimately, NOT MOVING isn’t an option but learning to move in a way that’s support to your new and ongoing Pelvic Health status is ESSENTIAL to your current and future health and independence.

HCR® Recovery isn’t simply a ‘fitness programme’.  We have truly re-imagined what it is to truly be supported post POP or Hysterectomy Surgery or be support in your life with a POP Diagnosis.

It’s a fully HOLISTIC foundation to your future health.  We will educate you about your surgery and make the science very simple.  We will teach you to lift and manage pressure in your core for LIFE.  We will help you understand the importance of maintaining and improving your bone health, cardiovascular health, gut and bowel health RIGHT NOW as a means of supporting your Pelvic Health! We’ll guide you to supporting your health deeply with ‘food as medicine’.

I will be able to use my massage skills, if you have scar tissue that is part of your dysfunction story, to help alleviating the adhesions and sense of stuckness that sometimes goes hand in hand with abdominal surgeries.
