Whatever life phase you are going through Holistic Core Restore® programmes ensure that your pelvic health, core fitness, nutrition and wellbeing is optimal so that you can do the things you want to do, and not have to worry about or except that certain symptoms are normal and should be accepted.

As a fully qualified Holistic Core Restore ® Coach, I work with women in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to focus on their overall pelvic health and wellbeing. I am your coach for Paddock Wood, Pembury, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding local areas. – for face-to-face work, but also online.

If you have any pelvic floor issues, stress incontinence, mild prolapse, or have you been told to “work on your core” or “strengthen your pelvic floor” then the Holistic Core Restore(r) programme is for you and every woman.

What’s involved how does it work?

For all of the Holistic Core Restore® programmes there will be:

  • On application to join a programme, you’ll be asked to complete our HCR Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this ‘conservative’ exercise-based programme is right for you or whether you need clinical attention or another programme.
  • You’ll then meet or speak with me, so we can go through your Pre-Screening which includes tests for your Core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the programme can truly be tailored to your needs.

Welcome to ‘Everywoman’ 2.0 – THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED OVER A DECADE AGO! Our FOUNDATION, GROUND-BREAKING 6 or 12 Week Pelvic Floor/Core Re-Connection and RESToration Programme. Deeply reimagined in 2023 to truly meet women where they are NOW. This deep and wide update reflects the need for ‘nervous system nourishment’, for the need to address the ever-increasing stressors that many of the women that we serve are under.

Enjoy 6 or 12 weeks of care, support, guidance for your body, mind and spirit via your highly educated and dedicated Coach that is guaranteed to ‘bring you back home’ to your precious body. We’ve been supporting women and transforming lives with this programme since 2013 and now it’s EVEN BETTER!

This isn’t a ONE SIZE FITS ALL, self-guided programme, you are expertly guided by your Coach and all movements can and will be made bespoke to your needs as necessary.

I feel that doing the course has improved my pelvic floor, thus being able to control my bladder function much better. Working with Caroline, doing the exercises, was very enjoyable and Caroline was very good at adapting the exercises to suit me with my constraints of glute and shoulder.

Last year I completed a Holistic Core Restore® programme and experienced huge benefits. I loved the classes, easy to follow and effective.

Enjoying the course and a useful one to do. Enjoy the weekly Zoom lesson and seeing others online. Love that I can go into the homework area whenever I want and follow the exercises. For me the WhatsApp group is great to keep me on track and make sure I do the ‘homework’ regularly.

This programme can be purchased as a 6-week course or 12 week course:

Phase One, weeks 1-6, “Attune or Active”. You will meet with your Coach once per week for 6 weeks and be guided through the movements that we have identified that are right for you, as well as doing the work in between our session at home.

Phase Two, weeks 7-12, We move on to Athletic, again bespoke movements for you during this 7 to 12 weeks. Either continuing working togeher or online the comfort of your own home. Weekly work outs and homework and the continued support from you coach via a closed face book group or a what’s apps group.

The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 12 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.

You have the option to include some hands on abdominal massage during this pre-screen, which I have noticed really benefits with the breath, pelvic floor connection and if there are any restrictions in the abdominal / hip / back area can help right at the start of the programme, this will take up to 90 minutes.

The Massage will add £50 to the price of the course you choose.

Then following weekly programme sessions are 60 minutes.
