I did not begin my fitness journey until my early 30’s. The most activity I did before then were toning tables and walking my children round the park in their pushchairs whilst following a diet plan, thinking that was enough to get the changes I wanted. It was not!
I began working with a Personal Trainer (later to become my boss) and experienced first-hand the benefits of exercise. Now having been involved in exercise and fitness for over 10 years, my health, fitness and physique is better than it was in my 20’s.
Helping women achieve their personal goals
My children are now 20 and 22, I’m on my midlife journey and I know that nutrition, exercise and lifestyle work hand in hand and I am passionate about sharing my experiences and helping women achieve their personal goals. I have worked with many women over the years, and learnt that we are all very individual, especially as we age, our bodies change, our needs change and we must adapt accordingly.
Since working with Caroline, I feel like I have improved both mentally and physically, the tummy isn’t anywhere near as big as it should have been since the lockdown!
I would highly recommend using Caroline, whether it’s for a massage, PT or all of her services, she’s so positive and makes you feel so much better and helps you realise that you can achieve anything.

Easy-to-access, 30 min online works-outs, tailored for women in their mid-life (and older) are helping me get fitter and stronger and this friendly community of women keeps me encouraged and accountable to turn up!
Whether I’m at home or travelling, Caroline’s live classes are instantly there at the click of a Zoom link or on catch up. Plus, there are loads of resources and tips for whole-person wellbeing.
Caroline has been my PT for over 4 years and my continued loyalty to her is proof that I appreciate all her hard work and encouragement.
She invests a lot of personal energy and time into tailoring my lessons to cater for my injuries and growth. She continues to expand her cv of qualifications, which only helps me further, and has always been flexible with her appointments and availability.

I am also aware through observation and experience that our lives are stressful, full on and often leave little time to focus on what “I need” as an individual.
These observations led me to the world of massage and the benefits of it. It complements our exercise routines and help our general wellbeing. Following on from there, the Holistic Core Restore® Pelvic Floor and Core programmes designed for women. Women are not small men, and we need a different approach to training.
I strongly believe that all these elements work together– our bodies need movement, massage, and self-care, and the better we feel, the more we can do in the here and now and will want to do our future.
